If you’re looking for an experienced Personal Trainer in Bournemouth and Poole, you have come to the right place! My name is Naomi, and I own and manage Fitbitz Personal Training. Whether you are new to training or an old hand, my job is to train you, to support you, and to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

I appreciate goals can be very varied. That’s why I offer personalised programs. Perhaps you want to lose weight? Or are looking to build up muscle? Or perhaps you’re training for an event or simply wish to improve your overall health?  Based on my experience you are far more likely to achieve your goals with a trainer. I have a special interest in training people who are new to fitness or those keen to lose weight or fat, and I always get results. The best way of achieving your goals is to set a realistic program linked to a realistic timetable supported throughout the process by a motivational trainer – that’s me.

No matter what your current level of fitness, I will work with you to create a personalised program. Importantly, this will take account of your likes and dislikes as well as your current level of fitness and what you hope to achieve.

Today a wide variety of exercise regimes are available to you. However the final mix that’s incorporated into your program will depend on what you like, and my assessment of the best way to reach your goals.  I can draw on a wide range of experience and exercise styles ranging from boxing drills to step workouts and kettlebells, and am based at The Junction Sports and Leisure Centre in Broadstone (please check the ‘What to Expect’ page for further details regarding gym facilities). Rather than following fashion, your tailored program will be structured around getting optimal results, in a safe and enjoyable way. This is the only way to get sustainable benefits from your program.

Please note that I am currently offering Personal Training on Saturdays only.

Doing too much too soon, being overly ambitious, is one reason why some give up classes or training early on. This doesn’t happen at Fitbitz! I am also conscious that some clients, having achieved their goals, ultimately want to move to a maintenance program and again this is something I can help you with.

A word about nutrition and diet. I discuss eating habits with all my clients to get a feel for lifestyle. Exercise and healthy eating habits go hand in hand; therefore free nutritional advice and online support is included for all clients. If you’re a habitual yo-yo dieter or think your diet needs an overhaul, a healthy eating plan can give you more energy and help achieve your goals.
