Festive Fitness 1!

So I promised a few short and sharp routines that you could try out at home to help keep yourself fit over the next few weeks. The whole point of these is that they are bodyweight so no equipment required and take only 20 mins at the most so there is no excuse for not working out, even when there are presents to buy and parties to get ready for! There will be no complicated routines here either – just straight forward and fancy free. So on that note, here is the first workout 😊

Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 15 seconds recovery. Complete 5 rounds.

And there you have it – get this done early in the morning and you can feel smug all day!!
