Festive Fitness 2!

So here’s the next workout in the Festive Fitness series; this one cranks up the duration of the work intervals a little but if it gets too much, just reduce the intensity a notch by going slower or taking out the jumps.

So set your timer for 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds of recovery; each exercise is performed twice before moving on to the next one. Just 16 minutes in total!!!
